Deploee Ltd. is a software company headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: office@deploee.com.

What data we collect

Consultation form: name, email, company, role, problem description, optional file attachment. We use this data only to reply to your inquiry and never share it with third parties.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4): loaded only after you give explicit consent via the cookie banner. Collects anonymous data on visited pages, time on page, and device type. No ads, no cross-site tracking.

LinkedIn Insight Tag: loaded only after explicit consent. Lets LinkedIn aggregate anonymous statistics on visits from LinkedIn members (country, company, role) and measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn posts. Does not personally identify you to us.

Technical cookies / localStorage: we store your theme preference (light/dark) and cookie-consent choice locally in your browser. These values are not sent to our servers.

Legal basis

Form data is processed under pre-contractual measures at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Analytics is processed under explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Retention

Form data is retained for up to 24 months for business correspondence purposes, then deleted unless it has become part of an executed contract.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability of your data. To exercise these rights, email office@deploee.com.

Changing your cookie consent

You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the deploee-cookie-consent key from your browser’s localStorage or by emailing us.
