Who we are
The data controller is Deploee Ltd., a software company headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria. You can reach us at office@deploee.com.
What personal data we process
Consultation form: name, email, company, role, a description of the problem and a file, if you choose to attach one. We use this data only to reply to your inquiry and never share it with third parties.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4): loaded only after you give explicit consent through the cookie banner. It collects aggregated data about visited pages, time on page and device type, with no ads and no cross-site tracking.
Microsoft Clarity: loaded only after explicit consent. It shows us how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) through heatmaps and session recordings, so we can improve the site. Text you type into the consultation form is masked and never reaches Clarity. We do not use Clarity for advertising.
LinkedIn Insight Tag: loaded only after explicit consent. It lets LinkedIn compile aggregated statistics about visits from its members (country, company, role) and measure the effect of our LinkedIn posts. It does not identify you personally to us.
Technical data in your browser (localStorage): we store only your cookie choice locally in your browser. This value is not sent to our servers.
Processors
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated requests on the form. We send consultation form emails through Resend. Both companies act as processors on our behalf.
Legal basis
We process consultation form data under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the LinkedIn Insight Tag are based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Retention
We keep form data for up to 24 months for business correspondence, then delete it unless it has become part of a signed contract.
Your rights
As a data subject you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection. To exercise your rights, email us at office@deploee.com.
Withdrawing cookie consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the deploee-cookie-consent entry from your browser's localStorage or by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
