myStarsHub: a customer portal for Three Stars Shipping
A portal where the forwarder's customers track imports and exports, submit customs data, see their invoices and share access with partners. It runs on top of the client's existing ERP instead of replacing it.
The challenge
Three Stars Shipping's customers asked about shipments, documents and invoices by phone and email, and operators looked up every answer in the ERP.
