Who it is for

Companies with a showroom, a workshop and installation crews that make every piece to measure: kitchen and bathroom worktops, stairs, window sills and cladding in natural and engineered stone.

What it solves

Each department works its own way, and data is typed in again from quote to installation. Nobody is sure which slab is reserved for which order, and the installer is on site while the office still checks what the customer has paid.

Features

  1. 01Quotes with revisions, comparison and discounts, product templates and service prices by formula. A quote becomes an order without typing it again.
  2. 02Orders with status, priority, deadline, payments, files and full history. Every order goes through site measure, recalculation, cutting, fabrication, QC and installation, and can go back to any stage with a reason.
  3. 03A site measure and installation schedule by month or week, with drag and drop and a daily visit limit.
  4. 04Cutting by priority and deadline for each machine. A nesting algorithm lays out the parts on each slab and reuses offcuts from stock.
  5. 05A warehouse with a map of rows and cells, a label on every slab, reservations with a nightly audit, remnants, defects and photos.
  6. 06Touch screens for cutting, fabrication, QC and installation. A supervisor confirms with an NFC card, and each craftsman's earnings are calculated from the order's services.
  7. 07Acceptance forms, payments and an online portal where customers pay in instalments.
  8. 08HR and payroll under the Bulgarian Labour Code, with leave, loans and attendance.
  9. 09A voice and text assistant that prepares actions in Intent and saves only after the user says "yes".

Integrations

HikVision plate-recognition cameras, turnstiles and barriers, NFC cards, Zebra label printers, shop-floor terminals, card terminals, tablets for the customer's signature, and a public API with 525 endpoints and an MCP server for AI agents.

Good to know

The interface is in Bulgarian and English, chosen by each user. The assistant runs on opAIrator, Deploee's voice AI platform.
